We operate from Tuesday to Sunday, 8am to 5pm. Standard shipping fee is S$8.00 for orders below $60. FREE delivery above $60. For urgent same-day deliveries, expedited shipping fees are chargeable at $15.00 for orders confirmed before 12pm, subject to stocks availability. 

We deliver island wide except Jurong Island, restricted airlines and cargo areas (such as airport cargo complexes, and airline roads) and other locations that are not on mainland Singapore.

Yes! Pickup can be done the next day, between 7am to 1pm. (Only available from Tuesdays to Sundays). Our retail shop is located at 726 West Coast Clementi St 2 #01-43/44. Curbside pickup available at loading and unloading bay, please inform us 5mins beforehand with your order number and car plate number.

Items are only packed on the day of delivery and stored in Styrofoam boxes with ice packs during transit!

We strongly discourage against this. If there is no one to receive your order upon delivery, we will leave the items at the designated area (Doorstep/riser/security concierge etc) under your instructions but we will not be held liable for any contamination as there will be no way to determine the freshness of your order.

All products listed on FreshStop are subject to the availability of wet market at the day of delivery. If your items are not available upon delivery, we will refund you within 3-5 business day.

Unfortunately, we are based in Singapore and grocery deliveries is only available within Singapore as of now.

In the unlikeliest of events your items are packed wrongly, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will try our best to make all necessary arrangements to rectify the mistake.
