SHIPPING COST

For orders below $70.00, a flat shipping rate of $10.00 will be incurred. Free delivery above $70.00.

SHIPPING SCHEDULE

We deliver on Tuesdays through Sundays, 11am – 6pm. Our drivers will inform you prior delivery via text message or phone call to let you know your orders are on the way to you next.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as heavy traffic jam or vehicle breakdown, our drivers will get in touch with you asap to notify of the possible delay.

SHIPPING STANDARDS

We take pride in ensuring our items remain fresh when delivered to you. Here are the steps we take:

  1. Items are only packed on the date of delivery.
  2. Ice packs will be provided.
  3. Items are stored inside Styrofoam boxes during transit.
  4. Shelter from rain and heat to prevent spoilage 
  5. Halal food items are packed and stored separately.

RETURNS AND REFUND

Returns or Refund of items are only possible if:

  1. The item type is different as per order
  2. Item is completely unusable or expired
  3. The discrepancy in item weight is more than 100gas per order (before processing)

Items will not be refunded or exchanged if:

  1. The discrepancy in item weight is less than 100gas per order (before processing) 
  2. Item is not identical to product images

Please allow 1-3 working days for the return/refund to be processed. Refund requests received more than 2 days after delivery completion will not be valid for a refund.
