Yellow noodles has a springy and chewy texture with a pale yellow hue deep yellow color. It’s made from oil, water, flour and salt. The rich flavoured noodle is one of the most essential ingredients used in many of our Asian delights such as Fishball noodles, Mee Goreng, Hokkien Mee, Prawn Noodle Soup, Mee Soto, Curry Chicken Noodles etc. Yellow Noodles are sold pre-cooked and coated in oil. Keep in cool & dry place. Away from direct sunlight.
Health Benefits
Yellow noodles are made with wheat flour, eggs, lye water (sodium carbonate and potassium carbonate) and salt which makes it high in carbohydrates almost the same as traditional pasta.
